Nathan Stanley

Sandy Ridge
Nathan has recorded his very first solo album. He plays mandolin and
sings a couple of songs, "Dream of a Miner's Child" and "Somebody
Loves you Darlin'" (with tenor vocal by Dewey Brown). He's joined by
Papaw Ralph and Jack Cooke on "Nine Pound Hammer." Also, Ralph
plays clawhammer banjo on "Old Time Pickin'." The CD includes three
original tunes which Nathan has written: title song "Sandy Ridge,"
"Drew's Tune," and "Papaw's Mule."
Sandy Ridge is available only at
the record table at Ralph's shows and through the Ralph Stanley Fan Club.
